How the Dutch got their cycle paths
The Netherlands wasn't always such a great place for cyclists. It took massive protests to encourage the government to make better policy. This short video has some great old footage which certainly inspires me. Dutch cyclists aren't just lucky -they had to work hard for the polices that have made cycling safer and their cities more cycle-friendly.
