Profile Information

Date of Birth

About Me:
I'm a first generation kiwi with British ancestry. In the last five years I've lived in Japan and England. I came back to New Zealand in 2007 to study for my BFA with a kiwi pespective. I've since met my partner, who is about to start her PhD in Ecology.

For three years I was a sculpture major at Quay School of Arts, Whanganui, but I've recently transfered to Auckland to complete my BFA with Honours.
The major bodies of work I've been producing lately all reflect my awareness and concern about the impact humans are having on the planet, with a view to increasing public awareness through art (in a manner that doesn't feel spoon fed).

I was Intersect's Young New Zealand Artist 2009. Please, forgive the shameless plug.
Areas of interest and capabilities:
Contemporary Art - Sculpture
