hijinks - noisy and mischievous merrymaking; a boisterous celebration; a merry festivity

Goodness, is it the new year already? Let's get together in fine style, in the guest room at Southern Cross, for a quiet drink and a pleasant conversation or five.

Things we may do:

1. Hang out. Converse with friends and strangers.

2. Tell the group about some great thing we're working on this year or week that they might want to be involved in.

3. Talk about what events we might like to put on this year on these lovely first Mondays of the month. Last year, they included Be Amazed-s, film evenings, projectising, and working bees - check out what we did here.

It will be nice to see you again, or for the first time. I promise to not make any puns on the year Marching by.

Comment by christina bellis on February 28, 2012 at 13:41: Sadly Sustainability Trust is putting on the 3rd Rhizome Effect, Urban Agriculture series, on the same night - this one is a communal potluck at Innermost Gardens celebrating the harvest season..

One week later (12th March) we'll be back at Southern Cross for Green Drinks Wellington and the launch of the Home Advice programme.. hope to see you fine people then!!
